Are you a Landlord and are you happy with your existing Letting Agency?

Over recent weeks we have been helping a number of Landlord’s who have approached Mundys because they have been unhappy with the service they are receiving from their existing Letting Agency. If this situation is familiar to you and you have a property that is let in Lincoln or Market Rasen we would love to be able to help you.

What should I do?
Firstly, please speak to us. We will be able to find out more about the situation and we will be honest about how we can assist. Secondly, you should check the terms of engagement you have with your existing Letting Agency, there may be certain notice periods or exit charges to which you would need to adhere.

What’s next?
Thereafter we will liaise with the existing agency to transfer the management of current tenancy. This will cause little disruption to your Tenant, because we will arrange to meet them and inspect your property as part of the process.

Are there charges?
There will be no letting fees if the property already has a Tenancy in place. We will charge an admin fee to liaise with the current Agent and complete an audit of the Tenancy documents in place.

How do I contact you?
You can call Mundys Lettings on 01522 556099 or email: lettings@mundys.net
