Work is moving steadily at Legsby Court, and the site is now taking real shape as construction progresses across multiple plots. With the road formation in place and several homes well underway, the development is moving into a key stage as we head toward the new year.
Latest Progress on Site
The first set of bungalows are now fully formed, with roof structures installed and internal layouts becoming defined. Brickwork is advancing on selected plots, giving a clear impression of the space, design, and overall feel these homes will offer once completed.
Across the remaining plots, foundations and base stages are in place, and groundworks continue to prepare each home for the next construction phase. Infrastructure is progressing too — the cul-de-sac layout is now visible, and the access road is shaping up neatly as kerbs have been set out.
