Site Update: Construction Progress at Legsby Court, Market Rasen

Work is moving steadily at Legsby Court, and the site is now taking real shape as construction progresses across multiple plots. With the road formation in place and several homes well underway, the development is moving into a key stage as we head toward the new year.

Construction at Legsby Court continues to move forward at a great pace, with visible progress now across several plots and the overall site starting to feel well organised, clean, and clearly defined.

This exclusive development of just six detached, energy-efficient bungalows on the edge of Market Rasen is now entering an exciting phase, with multiple homes advancing simultaneously.

Latest Progress on Site

Plot 1 is progressing particularly well and is now well advanced internally. Plasterboard is currently being installed throughout, preparing the property for the next stage of plastering. This marks a key milestone, as the internal layout and room proportions are now clearly visible.

Plot 2 is also moving ahead nicely. The internal frame is in place, and brickwork is close to completion. With this stage nearly finished, the plot is now ready for windows to be installed, which will quickly transform the external appearance of the home.

Plot 3 is seeing brickwork about to start, giving a clear sense of the scale and design of the bungalow as it takes shape.

Across the remainder of the development, footings are now in place for the remaining plots, setting the groundwork for further construction phases to begin.

Site Infrastructure Update

The base layer of the internal road is now complete, providing a very tidy and organised working environment. The newly formed road layout clearly defines the cul-de-sac and enhances the overall feel of the site, making it easier to visualise the finished development once complete.

What’s Coming Next
Over the coming weeks, work will focus on continuing the build structure, installing roofs, and beginning internal works. With the site now advancing at pace, we expect further visual progress quickly, ideal timing for buyers wanting to register early interest ahead of pricing being confirmed.

About the Development

Legsby Court will offer just six detached, energy-efficient bungalows on the outskirts of Market Rasen. Each home sits on a generous plot within a quiet cul-de-sac and includes eco-focused features such as air-source heat pumps, triple glazing, and solar panels. Selected plots also benefit from open views toward adjoining paddocks.

Designed for practical everyday living, the homes include well-planned layouts, open kitchen-diners with bi-fold doors, and modern, high-spec finishes throughout.
