Following a recent site visit with the developer, Millcroft Developments, it’s clear to see that significant progress has been made across the development over the past few months.
The first three homes are progressing well towards completion, with the internal walls and room layouts now fully formed, giving a real sense of the space and design of these attractive cottage-style homes. Work will shortly move on to the installation of kitchens and bathrooms, marking another important milestone as the properties begin to take their finished shape.
Elsewhere across the development, windows have now been installed to several homes, and the overall layout of the site is becoming much more apparent. Buyers can now start to appreciate how the private gated community will come together.
The developer is currently working towards having the first completed home available to view around late July or early August, subject to construction progress.
