Mundys Supporting Local Community Football

Mundys are delighted to be sponsoring Woodhall Spa U7’s Football Team who have recently entered their very first Football Tournament

Mundys are pleased to announce they are sponsoring Woodhall Spa U7’s Football Team. The fantastic group of players did not enter into a league this season but have been training hard all year, together with their Coach Dan. After playing some local friendly games over recent weeks, on Sunday 26th June they entered their very first football tournament in Boston, where they played fantastically and managed to go all the way to the final - they just lost to Skegness Town. The team is currently enjoying a short summer break in readiness for the new season and going into an U8’s League.

We are delighted to be sponsoring the team and look forward to supporting them as they go into their full league season in next years Under 8’s. Good luck for the upcoming season!”

Team Coach Dan Howitt Commented “I would like to say how fantastic all the players are, they show grit and determination no matter who we play or the score. They all have a fantastic bond which is great to see considering they don’t go to the same school. Massive shout out to the parents for their support, and after a fantastic run in the recent tournament, we are well and truly ready for the new season!
