Following months of pre-launch interest, we are pleased to be opening the doors to Orchard Place, Nettleham for the first time.
Those who have already registered their interest with Mundys are being given an exclusive opportunity to visit the development before the homes are released to the wider market.
Our three-day Priority Launch will take place:
Saturday 19th September – 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Sunday 20th September – 1.00pm to 4.00pm
Monday 21st September – 10.00am to 12.00pm
During your visit, you will be able to view the newly completed show home, explore the development and discuss the available homes, site plan, specification and reservation process with our the develoeper and the New Homes team.

At the heart of the launch will be Plot 6, the newly completed show home.
This will give you the opportunity to see the layout, finish and specification of the homes first-hand and get a much better feel for Orchard Place and what the development will offer.
Our team will be available throughout the event to talk through the different plots and answer any questions you may have.
First Homes Released
We can now confirm the first four homes available to reserve:
Plot 4 – £335,000
Plot 5 – £325,000
Plot 7 – £335,000
Plot 8 – £325,000
The remaining homes will be released in future phases.
As this is an exclusive pre-launch event, professional photography of the individual plots is still being completed and will be available the following week.
The Priority Launch therefore gives registered buyers the opportunity to visit the development, view the show home and consider the first available plots before the full marketing launch takes place.
Your Opportunity to Reserve Before the Public Launch
This Priority Launch is exclusively for those who have already registered their details with Mundys.
It means you will have the opportunity to view the development and reserve one of the first released homes before they are offered to the wider market.
During your visit, we can also talk you through the reservation terms and process, discuss the individual plots in more detail and answer any questions about the development or living in Nettleham.
Following the Priority Launch, Orchard Place will be formally launched to the wider market, with professional photography and full property marketing following.
